I recently got a request for more baby related posts on the blog, which is all fine and well, except I don’t have a baby. Not even close. I have a Charlie, but I don’t think leashes and dog bowls is the kind of thing you nice folks are looking for. What I do have, though, is a new nephew and a very enthusiastic and crafty Mom who is cranking out baby duds left and right. She used her talents to single handedly whip up a kickin’ baby shower table setting and now I’m here to give her another shout out on these cute baby items she whipped up for my preggo cousin.
Check out that bounty of baby goods! My uber creative Mom cooked up a DIY baby blanket, wrist rattle and sweet kicks all in the matter of minutes (I’m assuming). If you’re interested in how to make these shoes, simply use the online tutorial that she found. Seriously, online tutorials must be in my blood. We lurve them.
I personally don’t have any use for these tiny shoes, but I must say they’re quite fetching. If you have any questions on how the wrist rattle or blanket were conceived, just leave some comment love and I’m sure my Mom will help you out. She’s an avid reader and my number one fan – go Mom!
p.s. I joined Twitter today. Yep, I ended my public boycott and jumped on the blogosphere bandwagon, much to my husband’s dismay. Does this make me super lame or totally rad? I haven’t quite decided yet…
